I have extensive experience of teaching in Universities and Colleges across the UK and internationally.
From 2007-2015 I was the Fine Art Pathway Leader on the Foundation Course in Art and Design at The University of South Wales, where I also taught printmaking on the BA (Hons) Creative Arts course.
From 2006-2014 I was a tutor at the renowned City lit Adult College in London, teaching modules in drawing, theory and studio practice on the City Lit Fine Art Course.
Since 2015 I have gained international teaching experience in Universities in China lecturing in Fine Art. I have taught modules in Painting, Drawing, Art History, and Illustration. I also spent 5 months as an Artist-in-Residence at Shanghai Concord Bilingual School in Shanghai from September 2018-February 2019, where I taught GCSE and A Level Art.
In addition I recently designed and taught a wellbeing course that combined drawing and meditation to disadvantaged groups of adult learners in Shropshire, UK. This course has now been accepted by Nottingham Trent University, and will run in summer 2020.
I am also an Examiner for the International Baccalaureate Organisation on their Diploma Course in Visual Art
